We want you to love your sweet treats from Glam Candy Boutique — but due to the handmade and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final.

đź’” We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

đź’Ą Damaged or Wrong Items?

We package your order with extra care, but if something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at glamcandyboutique@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right — either with a replacement or a store credit, depending on the situation.

⏳ Timeframe:

Damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests after that window may not be accepted, especially for seasonal or limited-edition items.

🙅♀️ Non-Returnable Items:

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by postal carriers (once it leaves our hands, we can’t control it)

đź“« Lost Packages:

If your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you can’t find it:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office
  • If it’s still missing, email us and we’ll help you file a claim. We will walk you through the process of getting the carrier to locate your package, which is GPS and time-stamped. It is important that you let us know a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for stolen packages
