Frequently Asked Questions
π¨οΈ Made-to-Order 3D Prints (Physical Items)
How long does production take?
Made-to-order items typically take 3β7 business days to print and quality-check before shipping. During busy periods (holidays, new releases), production may take up to 10 business days. You'll receive a notification when your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the method selected at checkout:
- US Standard: 3β7 business days after fulfillment
- US Expedited: 1β3 business days after fulfillment
- International: 10β21 business days after fulfillment (customs delays may apply)
Can I customize a made-to-order item?
Some items offer color or size options at checkout. For custom requests beyond what's listed, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility and pricing.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order, but if something arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll reprint and reship at no charge.
Can I use glue on the 3D Prints?
Yes, you can use Gorilla Glue (superglue) or Tacky Glue or any other kind of craft glue. We do not recommend Hot Glue as the 3D prints are heat sensitive.
Can I use the 3D print outside?
3D prints will begin to melt between 120-140 degrees F. It is not recommended to place them in direct sunlight as they will begin to soften or warp.Β
How do I paint the 3D print?
3D prints don't require any special prep if your paint has enough pigment. Pigment quality varies from paint to paint. If your paint is not reaching the saturation of color you desire, you can start with a base coat of white chalk paint, then paint over that in your desired color, or apply several coats of regular craft paint. Any craft paint will work. Popular brands include Apple Barrel, CraftsMart, Deco Art, etc. and can be found in any craft store, Walmart, or Amazon. The great thing about acrylic craft paint is if you mess up, you can just wait until the paint dries and touch it up.
Do you have painting tutorials?
Yes! I have several painting videos available on my YouTube channel and Facebook page. Feel free to check them out for inspiration, techniques, and ideas.
That said, painting a 3D print is much simpler than many people think. The process is essentially the same as painting any unfinished decor piece you might buy from HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, or a craft store.
There is no special β3D print painting secret.β If youβve ever painted a nutcracker, seasonal decoration, wooden sign, ceramic piece, or home decor item, youβre already familiar with the basics.
My tutorials are intended to provide inspiration and show different painting styles, but there is no single right way to paint your print. Choose colors you love, experiment, and have fun making it your own.

What software can I use to open these files?
Our files are compatible with popular slicers and design programs including:
- Slicers: Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Cura, Chitubox, Lychee Slicer
- Design software: Blender, Meshmixer, Fusion 360, TinkerCAD

βοΈ Commercial Licensing
Can I sell items I print from your files?
Yes! We offer commercial licenses through our membership plans. You can cancel your membership at any time, but all the files you have purchased will revert to personal use license only β you may print for yourself but not sell the printed items.

Your commercial license covers all files you purchase while your membership is active. Files purchased before cancelling a membership plan are covered under personal use only unless you upgrade and repurchase.

No. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the original digital files (in any format) is strictly prohibited under all license tiers. The license covers physical printed items only.
Β
π Memberships
What do I get with a membership?
Members receive a commercial license to sell printed items, access to monthly tutorial files, and early access to new releases. Pro members also unlock discounts, 3d print tutorials, free monthly downloads, and exclusive files not in the library.
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis starting from the date you sign up. You'll receive an email receipt each month. There are no contracts β you can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account, navigating to Manage Membership, and selecting Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period β you won't be charged again after canceling.
Will I lose access to files I downloaded during my membership?
No! Any files you downloaded while a member are yours to keep for personal use. However, your commercial license becomes inactive once your membership ends, meaning you may no longer sell printed items from those files until you resubscribe.
π³ Refunds & Returns
Do you offer refunds on digital files?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital files are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with a file (e.g., corrupted download, missing parts), please contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I return a made-to-order or ready-to-ship physical item?
We do not accept returns on physical or digital items as they are made-to-order per your selections.Β
What about membership refunds?
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you'll retain commercial rights through the end of that billing cycle, but access to the private member's library will instantly be revoked.
