Basic Commercial License Membership

After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Mesh Library and join the private group Club Mesh on Facebook.

What’s Included with Your Basic Commercial License:

• A commercial license to produce and sell physical products created from Glam Candy Boutique LLC 3D mesh files (valid only while your subscription is active)
• Unlimited commercial use of all meshes you have purchased while actively licensed, for physical end products only (you may not sell, share, distribute, or modify the digital 3D mesh files in any way)
• Ongoing access to the Mesh Library, where you may purchase meshes for $10 each. Meshes are only sold to members; not to the general public.
• Immediately after purchase you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Mesh Library, or you can return to the Home Page and access it from there. You will be unable to see any of the designs in the Mesh Library until after you purchase. 

There is also a PRO tier, which includes everything in the BASIC membership, but also includes:

• 5 FREE mesh files each month at no extra cost. Meshes are chosen by Glam Candy Boutique. Some meshes for free or for sale are only available to the Pro Membership tier.

IMPORTANT:

The mesh vault is a growing library of meshes with new meshes being added every week. However, the Mesh Library does NOT include every mesh created by Glam Candy Boutique. Some designs remain exclusive physical products and will never be released as meshes. The owner of Glam Candy Boutique reserves the right to add and remove meshes on a rotating basis and at its discretion.

LEGAL TERMS:

• Immediately after purchase, download the file that is attached to this listing on Shopify. It will contain instructions on how to access your membership perks.

• Mesh Vault access and commercial rights are active only during an active paid membership. The moment your membership is cancelled or expires, you no longer have the right to use the meshes commercially.

• Not all meshes created by Glam Candy Boutique LLC are included in the Mesh Vault. Some designs are exclusive to Glam Candy Boutique and will never be released as digital files.

• Seeing a physical product made from a mesh does not guarantee that the digital mesh will be available for purchase or included in the Mesh Library.

• Some meshes inside the Library may later be offered as promotional or free downloads at Glam Candy Boutique’s discretion.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for membership fees or for meshes purchased from the Vault, including if a previously purchased mesh later becomes available as a bonus drop.

• Mesh availability may change at any time at the discretion of Glam Candy Boutique LLC.

Personal VS Commercial Use:

Personal Use

Personal use means the file is used only by you for your own enjoyment or household.

You may:

- Print or make items for yourself

- Make a single gift for a friend or family member

You may not:

- Sell items made from the file

- Use the file in any business activity

- Use the file for fundraisers or charity sales

- Use the file for giveaways, promotions, or contests

- Produce multiple copies to distribute even if free

Commercial Use

Commercial use means the file is used to produce items that will be distributed, promoted, or sold as part of a business or organization.

Examples include:

- Selling printed items

- Craft booth products

- Etsy or online shop items

- Fundraisers or charity sales

- Giveaways or promotional items

- Making multiple items for distribution

 License Terms and Conditions

Commercial Use License Agreement 
By downloading and using any STL or digital mesh files provided by 
Glam Candy Boutique LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership
All STL files and digital meshes remain the intellectual property of Glam Candy Boutique LLC.
You are purchasing a license to use the files in order to make physical products for personal or commercial use; not ownership of the files themselves.
2. Permitted Use
While your Basic Commercial License subscription is active, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
-Produce physical items using the provided STL files
-Sell those physical items for commercial purposes
-This license applies to physical end products only.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not, under any circumstances:
-Sell, share, gift, or distribute the STL files in any digital form
-Upload the files to any website, marketplace, cloud storage, or file
sharing service
-Include the files in bundles, kits, or digital products
-Alter, remix, or modify the files and then sell, share, or distribute the modified version
-Claim the files or designs as your own
-Digital redistribution in any form is strictly prohibited.
4. License Duration & Termination
Your commercial rights are valid only while your subscription is active and paid.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or non
payment:
Your commercial license automatically terminates at the end of the current billing period
You must cease selling any physical products created from Glam Candy Boutique LLC files even if you have already printed the item(s)
All continued use reverts to personal use only
5. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate delivery of 
licensed files and rights, all sales are final. No refunds are provided under 
any circumstances.
6. Agreement
By downloading any files from Glam Candy Boutique LLC, you 
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms 
in full
